Facilitated by two ICF Master Certified Coaches, Paul Starbuck and Liz Connelly, this innovative programme is being designed to support experienced PCC coaches on their journey towards the prestigious ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential.

As a pilot programme, places will be strictly limited. Participants will have a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of the programme whilst benefiting from an advanced learning experience focused on coaching mastery, reflective practice, MCC-level competencies, mentor coaching, feedback and accreditation support.

The programme is expected to include:

  • Over 75 hours of advanced coach-specific education

  • MCC-level coaching demonstrations and observations
